How to run restaurant city smoother/faster

So some of you might be lagging when you try to get full quality on RC.
I know a way to run it smoother! And i will now share it with you! [=
1. Press ALT+CTRL+DELETE
2. Click on "Processes”
3. Find your browser exe.

Internet Explorer : IEXPLORE.exe
Mozilla Firefox : firefox.exe
Safari : Safari.exe
Google Chrome : chrome.exe
Opera : opera.exe
-------------------------------
4. Right click on it, and hover over to "Set Priority"
5. Depending if your computer is fast or not, over Set Priority, click "AboveNormal" or "High"
Your Done!
BONUS :
If your computer is dual core, or quad core, you can do this.
If you ever wanted to leave rc on while playing another game without it slowing your pc down, here's how.
1. Press ALT+CTRL+ DELETE
2. Click on “Processes”
3. Find your browser

4. Click "Set Affinity"
5. If you it shows "CPU 1 and CPU 0" un-check "CPU 0" If it shows "CPU 1, CPU 0, CPU 2, CPU 3" Un-check all but CPU 1.
The CPU thing works like this. Each core represents a CPU. When using both cpu's, or all 4, it splits the work. Using one, it will put the work to the one CPU, CPU 1 that is. So it will slow down all of your programs, but only 1 quatar of what it would slow down if it used all 4.
