Employees Energy Characteristics

Hey guys,
I've just came up with a formula to calculate the Heal / Use time for an employee.

Here's a starters note, to heal 0.1 it takes 5 seconds.
To use 0.1 it takes 10 seconds.
Note : The times here are not completely exact. The server could be lagging, or your computer, internet. Anything. So it may be around it.

Time To Use Up 100% - 0%
2 Hour, 44 Mins Aprox.

Time To Heal Up 0% - 100%
1 Hour, 22 Mins Aprox.

Time To Use Up 100% - 80%
33 Mins Aprox.

Time To Heal Up 80% - 100%
16 Mins Aprox.

Time To Use Up 100% - 60%
1 Hour, 6 Mins Aprox.

Time To Heal Up 60% - 100%
32 Mins Aprox.


How to calculate use time :
10 = per 0.1
10 = per 1%
# = percentage
60 = 60 mins/ 1 hour

10 (per 0.1) x 10 (per 1%) x # (Percentage) / 60 (1 Hour) = Result in Minutes


How to calculate heal time :
5 = 0.1
10 = per 1%
# = percentage
60 = 60 mins/ 1 hour

5 (per 0.1) x 10 (per 1%) x # (Percentage) / 60 (1 Hour) = Result in Minutes

OR!

If you have already found the use time, divide that by 2, Note that it'll be the same percentage as calculated in use time.
